LayerZero Labs Employees Prohibited from Claiming Project's Tokens

LayerZero co-founder Bryan Pellegrino has confirmed that employees of LayerZero Labs will not be eligible for the project's upcoming airdrop and are strictly prohibited from claiming its tokens. Pellegrino stated that every employee is 100% restricted from claiming the tokens and that it would be considered a fireable offense. LayerZero is an interoperability protocol that allows developers to build cross-chain applications with modular security parameters, and LayerZero Labs is the core contributor to the protocol. When asked about the possibility of employees receiving tokens for owning non-fungible tokens from certain collections, Pellegrino confirmed that they cannot claim them. The project recently offered users the option to self-report themselves for Sybil farming the protocol in exchange for a portion of their intended allocation. The initial snapshot for the potential airdrop was completed on May 1.
