Ore Cryptocurrency Wins Hackathon Despite Network Congestion

The experimental cryptocurrency Ore has won $50,000 in a hackathon supported by the Solana Foundation. However, Ore's impact on the Solana blockchain has been disruptive, as mining the currency caused network congestion and transaction failures.
